Who we're looking for
We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality support and building trusting relationships.
- You are compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- You communicate clearly and treat others with respect.
- You respect privacy, household boundaries, and personal preferences.
- You are comfortable working with older adults and people with disabilities.
- You can follow an individualized support plan.
- You are punctual, professional, and take pride in your work.
- Additional qualifications such as driving, CNA/HHA credentials, CPR/First Aid, or dementia experience may be preferred depending on the assignment.
